My wife was given an emergency referral to hospital by her GP for investigation (as it then transpired an operation as well). I contacted both our local advisor (Jackie Shaw) who explained the process in a compassionate and understanding manner and then directed me to Customer Services. They quickly took up the baton, explained the whole process and sent through the correct information. Due to their information, we had the right paperwork from the hospital on my wife’s discharge which meant that when we were ready, we could quickly turn the forms around and post them back to WPA.
