We have used WPA now for a staff health insurance scheme for some years, the service is excellent and there is absolutely no hassle involved when claiming. Jacqui is a pure joy to deal with, you ask and you get, nothing is too much trouble, fully recommend this service for anyone considering private heath.
Coralline Health have been so efficient and helpful in selecting the right plan for me. They listen carefully and work out the best options for you. For only £180pa, I can reclaim up to £100 of both my optical and dental costs each year, as well as being refunded for up to £200 for my physiotherapist.

Taking out medical insurance in today’s environment where we are bombarded with scaremongering, hysteria regarding the ever growing list of illnesses and conditions and the difficulties our premier NHS service have to work under, can be challenging. Jacqui took all that away and with her personable friendly approach and complete openness and support in what WPA offer and subsequently, completing the application has been painless (excuse the pun).

Some months ago I took out a health plan with Jacqui Shaw from Coralline Health in Brixham. For me the decision was a simple one, as firstly as an athlete who spends a lot of time undergoing some kind of physical therapy or repair for my ailing body, it was a no brainer as the policy enabled me to have treatment at a reduced rate, and secondly I like the idea of dealing with someone who genuinely has your best interests at heart.
Recently, due to a technical issue with the banking systems a claim took longer to process than usual. I was able to call on the personal service of Jacqui to get this rectified as a matter of urgency for me. Jacqui took ownership of my case and ensured that it was followed through to the point that it was resolved; something that can be somewhat of a challenge with large online businesses.
It’s fair to say that we don’t always get things right, and from time to time things happen that are beyond our control. The difference in this case was the ‘personal service’ that Jacqui’s business provides; not hiding behind excuses, but taking responsibility to get the situation resolved quickly, and keeping me informed along the way.

Last year, I started looking at introducing some staff incentives which would benefit both the firm and the staff but not break the bank for either. After an informative meeting with Jacqui Shaw, WPA’s NHS Top Up was top of the list.
For a very reasonable fee per month, staff are able to claim 100% reimbursement for expenses incurred at opticians, dentists, chiropractors, hospital visits, specialised medical testing to name but a few. Some staff have elected to pay for increased cover and there is the added benefit of children under 18 years old being included for free.
Having had the arrangement in place for just over six months, I can say without hesitation that we are all feeling the benefit of this scheme and cannot recommend it highly enough.
My NHS top up cash plan with Coralline Health has made perfect sense. The whole process from my initial enquiry to the plan being set up and in place was simplified by the exceptional service that I have received. The costs are now covered for optical, dental, medical and more, to the value that we decided was the very best for me

I have recently had new glasses and claimed for the cost and recently had a night’s stay in hospital that I didn’t initially claim for, however after a courtesy call from Jacqui Shaw who reminded me that I was able to make a claim for this, I duly did and received payment into my nominated bank account within a matter of days.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for coming into the office yesterday. I really feel like your sessions with the staff are invaluable. Lots of people have approached me this morning to say how useful they thought it was and even that some are submitting claims for things they didn’t realise they could claim for. Which is great news!
I first asked Jacqui about the NHS ‘top up’ plan for dental treatment. Rather than hand me a couple of leaflets, she took the time to explain to me the features and benefits of the plan. This may have taken a little more time than expected because it really is such a good scheme that it seemed almost too good to be true.
Having experienced the excellent service from Jacqui and the WPA ‘back office’ I investigated a more comprehensive plan. Being a small business owner I wanted to ensure that if either myself or my wife had any health issues they could be dealt with quickly and effectively.
Jacqui listened to our circumstances and proposed a scheme that met our requirements and explained clearly how the process works. Jacqui, Many thanks for your time and patience with dealing with my request for medical insurance, it’s not something I have thought about in the past, but as a business owner working on my own (and being the main ‘bread winner’ in the house), I realised it would be very difficult to carry on if I was off work due to illness or injury for a serious length of time.
