Last year, I started looking at introducing some staff incentives which would benefit both the firm and the staff but not break the bank for either. After an informative meeting with Jacqui Shaw, WPA’s NHS Top Up was top of the list.

For a very reasonable fee per month, staff are able to claim 100% reimbursement for expenses incurred at opticians, dentists, chiropractors, hospital visits, specialised medical testing to name but a few. Some staff have elected to pay for increased cover and there is the added benefit of children under 18 years old being included for free.

Having had the arrangement in place for just over six months, I can say without hesitation that we are all feeling the benefit of this scheme and cannot recommend it highly enough.
